As the cold season sets in, your kitchen can become your apothecary. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll craft a collection of winter wellness tonics designed to strengthen immunity, build resilience, and keep you nourished through the colder months.
You’ll learn how to make potent herbal preparations such as Elderberry-Ginger Immune Bombs, a Kitchen Flu Tonic, and a deeply Mineral-Rich Medicinal Broth—all using ingredients you likely already have on hand, along with a few powerful herbal allies.
We’ll explore both the preventative and acute uses of these recipes, blending traditional wisdom with modern understanding of immune and digestive health.
In this class, you’ll learn:
