Sips & Sauna is back with a new twist! 🥂✨ 45th Parallel has teamed up with Wisconsin Sauna and Lift Bridge Yoga + Fitness to offer the mid-winter recharge you need with yoga, sauna, & craft cocktails.Join us for our 45th Winter Wellness series where you and up to seven friends can enjoy the benefits of a sauna, cold plunge, yoga, and refreshments for a mid-winter mind and body recharge.
Your group's ticket includes:
🥂 One complimentary beverage per person (cocktail and alcohol-free options).
🧘 A 45 minute yoga class.
🧖 One hour sauna session.
❄️🔥 Access to a cold plunge and outdoor fire pit.
🥗 There is an option to pre-order food to complete your meal when you book your tickets.
Bring your swimsuit, robe, towel, and flip flops as well as a yoga mat (available for rental), water bottle, and activewear to fully enjoy your experience.

The time slot you choose is for your 60-minute sauna time - register early to get your preferred bench time!
2️⃣: Pack your bag!
Bring a swimsuit, robe & flip flops(optional), towel, water, yoga mat, and activewear.
3️⃣: Get your friends!
Remind your friends to get signed up and come to 45th Parallel for a day to unwind!
PLEASE NOTE:
Groups that book the 10am, 12pm, and 1pm spots are welcomed to relax at 45th Parallel from 10am to 2pm and will enjoy a Grounded Flow yoga class at 11am.
Groups that book the 3pm, 5pm, and 6pm spots are welcomed to relax at 45th Parallel from 3pm to 7pm and will enjoy a Sunset Sculpt yoga class at 4pm.
