Our winter wellness forest immersion will celebrate the festival of Imbolc on1st February, the beginning of the Celtic spring. This is halfway between the winter solstice and spring equinox.
Slieve Gullion is a perfect haven to deepen your spiritual connection with nature. This sacred mountain will support you to rest, reconnect and re-energise. Forest Bathing is an evidence-based wellness practice which originated in Japan in the 1980’s as a stress prevention intervention. Your forest experience will include a tea ceremony with organic winter berry cordial with short bread from a local traditional bakery.
