Aromatherapy has been proven to support our physical and emotional/mental wellbeing.
As we move from Autumn into Winter - from warmer lighter days to cooler darker days, both our bodies and minds can experience challenges. Essential oils can support us in many ways throughout the winter months - from support with winter viruses, to boosting our circulation, warming muscular blends, uplifting our mood, caring for our skin as it is exposed to the drying effects of the winds and central heating.
We will be working with 8 essential oils - addressing the above, plus more.
Everyone will create 2 blended items depending on what you are wanting to achieve e.g. relieve a cold, cold hands and feet in winter, seasonal affective disorder and will be fully taught about using them appropriately and safely.
A printed handout of the workshop is included for you to continue at home.
No previous knowledge or experience needed.
£45.00 per person (includes full demonstration by qualified instructor, all materials and light refreshments). This workshop is aimed at adults.
