The Mayor's Council for Physical Fitness and Health invites you to join us on a journey through our community's abundant resources, all aimed at helping you tackle your daily stressors in a serene and relaxing atmosphere. This inclusive event is designed for individuals or families and will highlight the invaluable assets within our community that foster holistic well-being, encompassing mental, physical, social, and environmental dimensions.
Cost-free and no pre-registration required.
Giveaways of tools to help enhance and support your overall well-being will be available at the event.
