Come join us for a fun and energizing workout every Wednesday this winter! Our Zumba and Mat work classes are perfect for getting your heart rate up and toning your muscles. The 9-week program will help you stay active and healthy throughout the season. Don't miss out on this opportunity to improve your fitness and have a great time with others. No experience needed. Bring Indoor running shoes, waterbottle and maybe a sweat towel.
*If extreme blizzard weather occurs, we will Credit the one class into next session.
