About this Event
On Saturday, January 20th, from 1pm to 3pm, join us for a fun birding hike! We will look for winter waterfowl and other birds who like to spend their winters at the park.
Beginners are encouraged and welcome to attend - we will show you the basics of how to bird! Binoculars and ID booklets are available to borrow for the duration of the program.
This program is free. All ages are welcome. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
We will meet at Hendrix Creek Patio on the Pennsylvania Ave side of the park. Please wear comfortable shoes for gravel trails, dress warmly, and bring plenty of water!
