The mantra is Wahe Guru Wahe Gio. It’s a sacred mantra of ecstasy, joy, and deep soul awakening. It is said to impart the experience of the divine, and to take us from darkness into light. A perfect mantra for winter’s cold, long nights, it will warm you from the inside out. The meditation brings relaxation, strength, and mental clarity.
Translation: "ecstasy in the infinite wisdom that dances in the soul"
