Join us for a wonderful weekend away in spa country focused on mindful movement and time in nature to shake off the winter blues.✨We are heading back to lovely Hepburn Springs to enjoy awakening Vinyasa Flow, calming Yin Yoga, nourishing Breathwork & relaxing Yoga Nidra Meditation with Kacey.
✨Our special guest Candice Elizabeth, an experienced Kinesiologist, Holistic Health Practitioner & Speaker, will also be leading a transformational session for our group.
✨Over the weekend you will have the opportunity to deepen your connection with your practice. At the dining table share stories, make new friends with like-minded people whilst you nurture your body with delicious meals.
✨When you're not eating or on the mat you will have the option of getting out and enjoying the local area, fill up your water bottle at the mineral springs or curl up by the fire to read or simply slow down.
✨You’ll also have the opportunity to book a private session with Candice, experience the Turkish Steam Hammam at the venue, enjoy a massage or perhaps a soak at the Hepburn Springs Bathhouse & Spa.
🔹 FRIDAY AFTERNOON - We will meet at the retreat location and enjoy a welcome dinner followed by a group Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Meditation session to help you drop into your ‘rest & digest’ parasympathetic nervous system to nourish the subtle layers of your body and mind.
🔹 SATURDAY MORNING - We will start with an awakening Vinyasa Flow & Breathwork masterclass focusing on hip openers to release tension and emotion before a nutritious breakfast. After breakfast you are welcome to enjoy some free time to relax or explore.
🔹 SATURDAY AFTERNOON - After lunch you have more free time to sightsee in the local area and shops, walk around the lake or indulge in a pampering treatment.
✨ Candice will lead a group session to give you tools to support your physical, emotional and mental health while balancing your feminine & masculine energies in life.
✨Before dinner will be our second Yin & Meditation session to promote a deeper level of blissful relaxation with calming Yin poses and guided Meditation.
✨This will be followed by an appetising dinner with the group.
🔹 SUNDAY MORNING - Before breakfast we'll greet the day with a Slow Flow class focusing on opening through the heart space to connect with self-love and care.
✨On your way home you can choose to continue exploring the region or start heading back to Melbourne feeling incredibly clear, calm and grounded.

Spaces limited, bookings essential. All meals, accommodation, yoga and meditation classes are included. Visit to Hepburn Springs Bathhouse, massage or spa treatments as well as private bookings with Candice are optional extra activities.
