Cozy up to the New Year with a candle-lit afternoon restorative yoga session and beautiful sound bath. We’ll honor our bodies natural rhythms and vibrations in a slow, feel-good session with lots of props and long, luscious, restorative poses. The session will close with an extended savasana accompanied by crystal sound bowls, resonant vocals, and other sound modalities to soothe the nervous system. An offering of tea will follow to enhance community and begin 2025 with a peaceful, happy heart.
