The Cycle Effect and Girls on the Run (Heart & Sole) are excited to come together for a winter warm up event geared towards 6th-8th grade girls!
We will have an icebreaker activity and then flow into a barre-style class led by a certified instructor. This session will give participants an opportunity to connect with other community members in the same grade and prepare for a FUN season! This event is FREE.
