Start your week with connection, calm, and a little movement. This winter, join us for a relaxed, come-as-you-are morning to move your body, reset your mind, and ease into the week with intention.
What to Expect
• If the weather is nice: We’ll meet at Align and head out for a light walk to enjoy fresh air and sunshine around the Village of Webster.
• If the weather is yucky: We’ll stay cozy in the studio for gentle stretching and meaningful connection over coffee.
• Space to share a “win of the week” and set a calm, grounded tone for Monday
Who It’s For: Women looking for connection, consistency, and calm through the winter—no pressure, no perfection. Kids are always welcome! Bring them along for the walk or let them play quietly while you stretch and connect.
Bring Comfortable shoes, warm layers, and your favorite mug for coffee or tea.
