It's your chance to get out into the countryside with fresh air, exercise and making a real difference to Langlands Moss. As many of you know, at the North end of the Moss, the path has been obstructed by fallen trees. The council have longer term plans to create new paths to make it safe and secure for all and complete a circular route around the Moss. While we wait for that to happen, we are going to remove foliage by lopping it, to create an open, wider pathway for all to use.
We will also be having a litter pick whilst the vegetation is lower and having a general tidy up.
We would love to see as many people there as possible to share this task that will benefit all of us who walk there, so please come along if you can.
All equipment will be provided on the day.
Bring your kids along too and they can get involved in looking after out green spaces for the future :)
