The Friends of the Botanic Gardens warmly invite you to their monthly speakers series.Join this month's speaker, Amy Johnston Bray, for a look at how children play and learn in parks and gardens across the country.
The Botanic Gardens is planning a new children’s garden and playground. Amy will discuss how we currently cater for children at the Gardens, what our plans are and the latest ideas across the country in play and learning.
Amy Johnston-Bray has 25 years’ experience in science communication. She is the Team Leader for Wheako Manuhiri Papa Rēhia Parks Visitor Experience Team at the Christchurch City Council.

Talk takes place in the Kiosk at the Christchurch Botanic Gardens. The Kiosk is near the children's playground and is one of the first buildings you come across when entering via the Armagh Street car parking entrance.
