The Takeover Coalition is back and bigger than ever for the Winter! Winter Takeover ’25: ALL BLACK EVERYTHING is at MGM National Harbor on January 11, 2025 from 8 PM - 2 AM EST!

Not familiar with the MGM National Harbor? The property is resort, located on the Potomac River, with a casino, nightclubs and a hotel. And yes…we are taking the resort over and we need you there!

The lineup? Get ready! In the MGM Grand Ballroom, sounds by headliner and national celebrity DJ Envy of the Breakfast Club and the DMV's DJ DC Infamous! Live performance from the DMV’s own hip-hop/go-go/rock crank, Black Alley Band! We are also bringing a night of old and new school club and house music from Baltimore legend, DJ Biskit, in the MGM Bellagio Room! Winter Takeover is taking over an entire floor at the DMV’s premier venue, the MGM at National Harbor!

What is the attire? It is All-Black (Classic & Chic) and it does not need to be formal! You just need to bring that All-Black Heat!

Food and Drinks? For the evening, heavy hors d’ouevres will be served and we will have cash bars on-site. Limited sit-down dining will be available. There will be free parking when you arrive at the MGM National Harbor garage, or you can valet park at the MGM National Harbor Hotel.

We are offering three (3) levels of VIP that will have an exclusive bar and food station with an enhanced food selection:

· Limited VIP Couch Passes are available in the MGM Grand Ballroom only

· Limited VIP Table Passes are available in the MGM Grand Ballroom only

· Limited VIP Standing Room Only Passes in the MGM Grand Ballroom only

Discounted rooms at MGM National Harbor are available to ticket purchasers through the Winter Takeover Room Block. Check your order confirmation for details.

A portion of your ticket purchase may be tax-deductible as we are raising money for various charities. If you cannot attend, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to benefit the charities and causes supported by the participating organizations.

FAQs

What can I bring into the event? Ladies can bring purses. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Does the event require formal attire? The All Black Everything at Winter Takeover '25 does NOT require formal attire. We want you to be casual and chic, grown and sexy!

Where can I park and how much does it cost? MGM National Harbor offers free parking in its parking garage. However, we recommend you get to the event early. The parking is shared by other patrons of MGM National Harbor.

Do you have to be a member of a Greek organization to attend? Absolutely not. You do not have to be a member of any Greek organization. The only requirement is that you come and have great time!

How much seating will be available at the event? General admission seating is limited. There will be seating available in the VIP Table and VIP Couch sections.

Will you add additional VIP tickets when the first round sells out? We are not adding additional VIP tickets. There are no additional rounds.

Who do we contact to submit the individual names within a Group VIP package (Table and Couch)? The Winter Takeover Team will contact each VIP Group (Table and Couch) ticket purchaser and provide the next steps.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? We are accepting and scanning electronic and printed tickets.

Do you have a Winter Takeover room block and if so, what is the link to book my room? Winter Takeover '25 arranged for a limited supply room block with MGM National Harbor Hotel & Casino and the Westin in National Harbor. The links to book your room can be found on your ticket/order confirmation once you purchase your ticket. Again, rooms are limited so purchase your ticket now for the link.
