As the cooler months invite us inward, gift yourself an evening of deep nourishment, rest, and reconnection.

Begin with a beautiful Blue Lotus Tea Elixir, a sacred botanical traditionally enjoyed for its enlightened & awakening qualities, preparing your body and mind to receive the frequencies.

From there, you will be guided into a restorative sound journey designed to soothe the nervous system, restore balance, and create space for profound relaxation. Surrounded by healing frequencies, you will be invited to simply lie back, soften, and let the sounds wash over you.

Amanda & Aaron will weave together a collection of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, voice, medicine songs, and Sanskrit chants, creating a rich tapestry of sound that supports deep rest, reflection, and inner harmony.

We will also be working with beautiful crystals, activating the crystals in the sound ceremony to amplify healing, intention, and transformation.

This is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and be held in a nurturing space during the winter season. Whether you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, or simply longing for a moment of stillness, this evening offers a chance to replenish your mind, body, and soul.

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and deeply nourished.

 No experience necessary.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and cosy.

Spaces are limited to create an intimate and supportive experience.

Allow yourself to receive the medicine of rest, sound, and stillness this winter.

About the host:

Amanda Sowersby is a sound practitioner, artist, and holistic facilitator who creates immersive sound experiences that support deep relaxation, restoration, and connection. Having trained in sound healing through crystal singing bowl and Tibetan bowl courses, Amanda has been incorporating sound into her healing work for over four years, including within her and Aaron's RestOra sessions.

Drawing on a collection of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, rattles, voice, and meditation, she intuitively weaves sound frequencies to help calm the nervous system, shift stagnant energy, and create space for emotional release and inner balance. Her nurturing sound journeys are beautifully suited to retreats, women's circles, workshops, conscious events, and intimate gatherings, offering a deeply restorative experience for mind, body, and soul.

Amanda & Aaron

For the past several years, Amanda Sowersby and Aaron Gregory have been collaborating to offer Restora, sharing nurturing experiences with communities, festivals, retreats, and special events across the North Island.

Together they weave balanced harmonies through sound, stillness, and intention, creating spaces that invite deep rest, nervous system regulation, and heartfelt connection. Their collaboration honours the dance between the masculine and feminine, bringing these complementary energies into balance, allowing participants to reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with the quiet wisdom that resides within.
