75-min Winter Sound Bath + Reiki Healing: Immerse yourself in the combined power of sound vibration and Reiki to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Led by Glenda Masters, a yoga instructor, certified sound healer and Reiki Master, this sound bath session offers a unique journey of sonic vibrations designed to harmonize mind, body, and spirit. Everyone is welcome!The session begins with setting your intention, followed by gentle breathing exercises and guided meditation to prepare your mind and body for the tranquil journey ahead. As you lie comfortably, surrender to the waves of sound that wash over you as Glenda intuitively weaves a harmonious tapestry using singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, her violin and other sound healing instruments. Vibrations resonate with different energy centers and meridians of the body, promoting balance and healing. These vibrations penetrate deeply, releasing energetic and emotional blockages, calming the nervous system and inviting the body to rest. Participants emerge from deep feeling rejuvenated and a renewed sense of peace.
No experience necessary and sessions are open to all who seek relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner harmony.
Please wear comfortable stretchy layered clothes and bring a Yoga mat, water, towel & any props needed for comfort (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
