It's an annual tradition! Each year, I offer Winter Solstice workshops to honor this special time of year, away from the hustle and bustle of holiday preparations. Take time to honor the season of light with an introspective yoga practice.
From ancient times, people have gathered to celebrate the winter solstice as a time to pause, reflect and connect with nature’s rhythms. On the shortest day of the year, we are reminded that darkness passes, the light returns, and our sacred journey begins anew. This introspective practice will nourish and revitalize the mind, body and spirit at this hectic time of year. Find inner peace and light with a slow, graceful practice including nurturing gentle, yin and restorative poses. Class will include seasonal music, aromatherapy and meditation. Make it an annual ritual to honor the cycle of light and shine on!
