Winter Solstice Yoga

As we approach the Winter Solstice - the shortest, darkest day of the year - we pause to honor the dark periods just as much as we welcome the light. When everything around us demands that we hurry, there’s power in choosing to slow down.
In this Yin- and Yang- style yoga class we will find balance in asanas with flowing movement and calm pause. This class will include inversions and coming to our bellies on the floor.
The conclusion of class will include time to reflect and socialize with complimentary hot chocolate and tea.
