Come honor the Winter Solstice with us! Join Michelle Shaw, Harvey Deutch, and Teresa Van Eyk for this special event at The Saugatuck Yacht Club. Michelle and Harvey will lead you through solstice inspired breathwork and yoga. Teresa will lead you through a sound bath with crystal singing bowls. You’ll feel relaxed, uplifted, and renewed on the evening of the winter solstice, the longest night of the year, the point at which the days get longer again, and the return of the light. Mats provided.
