As the Earth invites us to slow down and turn inward during the Winter Solstice, modern life often pulls us in the opposite direction. This year, give yourself the gift of aligning with nature's rhythm through an intentional practice of reflection and rest.
Join us for a special Winter Solstice Yin Yoga & Ritual, where we’ll focus on meditation, yin yoga, and grounding ritual work. The session will end with a soothing group Reiki blessing, guiding you into a deep and restful Savasana.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that encourages stillness and surrender. Each pose is held on the ground for around 5 minutes, allowing you to reach deep into the connective tissues, joints, and fascia.
