๐ 2 hours of deep relaxation at Taff Meadow Community Centre, Treforest ๐๐๐ Saturday - the 21st of December - 1pm to 3pm.
๐ We will start with gentle Yin Yoga and a deep relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition before a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic and bronze gongs, Chau gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments. To finish there will be chocolates (please fill in dietary requirements when booking).
๐ All abilities are welcome, come and let of go stress. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, 2 pillows and a blanket. Anything you need to be comfortable.
