About this Event

3 hours of holistic self care in a cosy Victorian Library.
Ladies, Join me to celebrate the Winter Solstice.

There will be poetry, breathwork, mindfulness practices, meditations, chimes, gratitude, Journalling, affirmations, goal setting, working with the energies of the moon and winter solstice, crystal properties, oracle cards, aromatherapy oils & more.....

9:30am - 12:30pm.
