In the Chinese healing art of Qigong, the sacral/root centre corresponds with the Lower Dan Tien which contains more neural nodes than what you have in your head. The Lower Dan Tien and its corresponding organs the kidneys, adrenal glands, and sexual organs are responsible for circulating and refining pre-birth and post-birth Qi (energy) in the body along with Divine inspiration and creativity. We all possess this powerful portal to access our divine energy and information. Stagnant energy from trauma or outdated beliefs within our womb space can prevent us from accessing our energy to reach our highest potential. Kellie and Kelly will discuss these energies, what they are, and how you can use them for your healing.
