A place to pause.
To breathe.
To soften.
To reconnect.
Join us in community for an afternoon of Cacao, intentional one-on-one connection, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and Reiki as we honor the turning of the wheel together.

🌿 The Ceremony 🌿
We will begin by gathering in the warmth of community and sharing a heart-centered Cacao Ceremony, creating space to honor the season and arrive exactly as we are. ☕
Through intentional one-on-one connection, we will have an opportunity to be seen, heard, and witnessed by another. 👁️
There is no fixing.
No performing.
No need to have the right words.
Simply the opportunity to meet one another where we are. 🤝
From this place of connection, we will gently move into breathwork, allowing the breath to become an invitation to pause, notice, and arrive more fully in the present moment. 🌬️
From there, we will settle into a restful guided meditation, giving ourselves permission to become a little quieter and more present. 🧘‍♂️
Sound healing will accompany us into stillness, while Reiki energy weaves throughout the space, offering a gentle energetic presence as we rest and receive. 🎶
Together, we create a space to exhale.
