Enter winter, the season of rest, with intention and relaxation.As the longest night of the year approaches, we gather for a quiet and luminous Winter Solstice ritual - a healing blend of tea ceremony, sound bath, and soul nourishment.
This evening is designed to prepare your heart and mind for the winter season:
- to release what the year has carried
- to soften into rest
- to welcome the returning light
- to receive clarity and comfort
We'll sip warming Ayurvedic-inspired tea, settle into deep stillness with guided meditation, and be bathed the soothing vibrations of singing bowls that help the body unwind and the spirit reset.
Winter is not a season to fear - it's a sacred turning.
Let's enter it together with grace, grounding, and peace.
