We are excited to announce that we will be hosting two sunset walks in the month of December! December 21st – which will be a special edition winter solstice walk – and December 28th. Both walks will begin at 4:00 pm at the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. We hope to see you there!Some additional details:
- Walk will be about 1 mile and will take place primarily on firm, flat surfaces.
- Bring layers and comfortable walking shoes. Bring binoculars if you have them.
- Bad weather will cause us to cancel the program.
- Program is family friendly but people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
