Winter Solstice Soundbath with Breath and Mantra

Join us for a deeply nourishing Winter Solstice Sound Bath on Sunday, December 21 at 6:30 PM at Emerge Modern Salon.

Together we’ll honor the longest night of the year, celebrate the returning of the light, and open our hearts to the possibilities of a new year ahead.

Guided by Ivy Overby and Megan Hubbell, this evening weaves together Conscious Breathwork, sacred Mantra, and a restorative Sound Bath designed to support release, renewal, and inner illumination.

The Winter Solstice invites us to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom that arises in stillness. Through breath, vibration, and intention, you’ll be held in a space that encourages clarity, grounding, and gentle transformation.

What to expect:

• Grounding breath practices to clear and center

• A simple, heart-opening mantra to attune your energy

• A soothing sound bath featuring crystal bowls and vibrational healing

• Space to set intentions for the year to come

All are welcome. Please bring a an item to put on the altar, a journal, a blanket and small pillow, and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported.
