Join us and the lovely Darcel Hawkins for a Winter Solstice Sound Journey with Sacred Cacao—a heart-opening evening designed to help you release the heaviness of the past year and gently call in what you’re ready to receive.
We’ll begin with a ceremonial cup of cacao, honoring it as a sacred plant ally that softens the heart, enhances presence, and invites deeper connection to self and spirit. Darcel will guide you through intention setting and gentle breathwork so you can clearly name what you’re ready to let go of—and what you’re inviting in as the light slowly returns.
You’ll then be invited to lie back, rest, and receive a deeply immersive sound bath featuring a blend of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, and other healing instruments. The waves of sound and vibration help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and open space for insight, rest, and renewal.
