Join a sacred sound healing circle to sink into winter’s beginnings. Winter is our time to rest deeply and build resilience so we may emerge anew in the spring. Allow the sound of drums, rattles, bells, chimes and bowls to support you in releasing that which no longer serves you as you step into 2026.
Space is limited to 10 people! Purchase ticket here! Be sure to bring a yoga mat, chairs available if needed, plenty of wall space for support if needed. I also have limited pillows and blankets to those who need them.
