Join Claudia for a one hour sound healing experience for the winter solstice. Basically a one hour savasana with sound bowl healing. The solstice is a powerful time for energy and shifts in energy. We will be using the power of sound to relax, clear our minds and get ready for winter.
Optional to bring your own blankets, pillows, props for comfort.
