This is a one hour sound bath meditation session it’s crystal sound bowls and other healing instruments.
Please dress cozy and bring a yoga mat and blanket / pillow for your comfort. (The intention is for you to relax while laying down. You may get chilly as you begin to relax, so please feel free to bring items to keep you comfortable)

There will be a limit of 30 people for room capacity reasons.
My hope for 2025 is more free/donation based community events like sound baths, yoga, shadow work and meditation. 🖤
