Winter Solstice Sound Bath Meditation You are a part of a long lineage of ancestors from all over the world who have celebrated at this same exact time.
Come spend time together, invite your friends! Light a candle. Reflect on all the things you have to be grateful for and dream of where you still wish to go.
Tiffany will lead you through gentle yoga movements followed by an intention candle light ceremony and a guided Winter Solstice meditation. Then you will be lulled into deep relaxation with the beautiful sounds of singing bowls and gongs. To close our celebration of the return of light we will toast with a champagne or sparkling apple cider! And yummy treats.
Cost $35
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Blankets and bolsters provided.
