The Winter Solstice marks the return of the sun as the days become longer and the nights become shorter. It is a turning point and holds powerful energy for renewal and self-reflection. During this time of darkness, allow your emotions and personal truths to shine on so you can focus on the power of your heart and soul. This is a wonderful time to let go of the past and work on setting intentions as we enter the new year.Join Kasey for an intimate sound healing meditation on the Winter Solstice. Featuring the healing vibrations of sound instruments including chakra tuned Quartz Crystal singing bowls, hand-made Tibetan bowls, gong and chimes to promote deep relaxation, reflection, and a sense of renewal, allowing participants to connect with the introspective energy of the season as they transition from the darkest day of the year towards increasing light; this experience will be grounded on the mat, lying down comfortably with props, blankets and eye pillows, while listening to the resonant sounds, while providing a sacred space to set intentions for the coming year and embrace the cycle of renewal.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else that will help you have the best experience.
Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities. Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
