The longest is night is here!What with Christmas around the corner this is the time to take stock, slow down and give yourself time to Slow right down.
I'll be bring all beautiful healing vibes with additional herbal teas and mince pies to finish.
We'll be starting with an easy stretch to release any tension, a relaxing breath to loll you in to a state of ease, as we lead into the sound of drums, singing bowls, gings and hang drum.
The Chantry is a lovely warm inviting venue, helping you to completely relax, and take a moment to yourself before the Christmas carnage.
