An Intimate Ceremony of Stillness & RenewalAs the longest night of the year arrives, we gather for a gentle Winter Solstice sound immersion—an invitation to pause, breathe, and honor the turning of the season. This moment marks a sacred threshold between darkness and light, offering space to reflect, release, and welcome the quiet spark of new beginnings.
In this serene small-group setting, you’ll be guided into deep rest through soothing harmonic instruments that help settle the nervous system and soften the mind. This experience is crafted to support inner clarity, emotional ease, and a peaceful return to yourself during this symbolic time of year.
To maintain an intimate and comfortable atmosphere, only eight reclining chairs will be available. Guests are also invited to bring a pen and journal if they wish to write down intentions, reflections, or insights before or after the sound bath.
