We are so excited to gather for our Winter Solstice Sound Bath, featuring musical accompaniment and assistance by Ms. Pepper G!As Winter casts its blanket of stillness across the land, we naturally turn inward. The sacred pause between exhale and inhale--when all has released, but new breath has not yet been drawn. The beginning. From this place of pause, we turn toward our inner light, the divine light.
Solstices and equinoxes are the four most healing periods of the year.
~featuring Empyrean crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, ocean drum, and frequency beat crystal sets for alpha, gamma, and theta vibrations--AND accompaniment by Pepper G, who will be playing instruments from around the room and offering personalized diffuser scents of Frankincense, Myrrh, and other offerings for guests who wish to partake in this special holiday session.
Sound is an ancient form of healing that transforms us on all levels--physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The vibration penetrates physical form to reach every cell of our bodies. To relax on purpose is to reach a deeper level of healing. Tune in to the sound of the crystal bowls as they awaken the crystalline structure of our bones and the most crystalline structure of our bodies--the pineal gland. When we hear notes at random, we awaken the occipital region of our brains. Activating alpha and theta states can bring clarity, insights, Eureka moments, and a greater level of healing. Come back home to yourself. Be ready for the shifts as we close out 2025 and prepare for 2026. ❤️
We will be serving tea and tarot for guests who wish to arrive a little early or linger a little longer. Journaling prompts available for those looking to go deeper. Diffiusing Frankincense and Myrrh for the spirit of the season.

Cost:
$33.00 for yoga mat, chair, or plush mat --or feel free to bring your own. Please specify if you would like to reserve a reclining chair.
What to bring (totally optional): water bottle, journal, pen and you may want to bring your own mat, pillow or blanket, though I do have some available for RSVP'd guests. Space is limited.
