Soon after sunrise on the shortest day of the year, experience the healing vibration of sound. Clear the mind and cleanse the soul.
About this Event

We will begin with a few breathing exercises and light kundalini yoga, to start the energy flowing. Then we will lie down to experience the healing vibration of the gongs, chimes and singing bowls. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow to be comfortable on a wood floor.
