Join me for a healing sound bath and experience the benefits of Nada Yoga: The Yoga of Sound. This is a safe space to escape from the Noise around us and connect to your heart.This healing sound bath includes Nyasa Yoga Nidra to help us unpeel the layers of illusion and reconnect to our own inherent Divinity.
Limited space. Reserve early. All you need to bring is yourself.
Wear comfortable clothing. You are welcome to bring a favorite pillow, blanket or eye pillow, or you can use our studio props.
