As the longest night of the year arrives, join us for a deeply restorative Winter Solstice Sound Bath led by sound practitioner Daniel O’Dowd — a time to pause, release, and welcome the gradual return of light.

🕯️ What to Expect

• Gentle grounding meditation to begin
• A 60-minute immersive sound bath journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums led by Daniel
• Space for reflection, stillness, and renewal

🍵 After the Sound Bath: Tea & Reflection Hour
Stay for tea and light snacks as we gather in warmth and community. During this cozy closing hour, you’ll enjoy two mindful activities:

• DIY Herbal Tea Bar — blend your own custom winter tea from a selection of dried herbs and botanicals. Fill a biodegradable sachet to take home as your personal Solstice Brew.
• Gratitude Reflection Cards — write and release what you’re ready to let go of this year, and note what you wish to invite in with the returning light.
