As the longest night of the year arrives, we gather to welcome Winter’s quiet magic and the slow return of the light ❄️✨After years in a high-stress corporate world, Beth discovered the profound peace of sound therapy, an experience so transformative that it set her on a new path.
Five years later, as a certified sound healer through the Life Changing Energy School, she now shares this healing art with others through Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gong, wave drum, and chimes.
