Winter Solstice Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with ceremonial cacao, a sensory sound bath and candlelight as we welcome back the light.
About this Event

Join us on the longest night of the year as we gather to rest, release and welcome back the light.

On Monday 21 December, The Wellness Circle invites you to a candlelit evening of ceremonial cacao and a deeply relaxing sensory sound bath.

Your evening includes:
🌙 A warming cacao ceremony

🕯 A gentle release and intention setting ritual

🎶 A sound bath to rest your body and mind

🍊 A small solstice gift to take home

No experience needed. Come as you are.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and anything that helps you feel cosy.

If cost is a barrier, please message us privately. We have a small number of supported places, funded by our community, and no explanation is needed.
