NEW MEDITATION CIRCLE ADDED
Due to our monthly “Meditation Circles” being fully booked we are now introducing a second. In addition to our “Last Thursday” of the month we will also be holding a meditation space on the “Second Tuesday” of the month too.
The NEW available date will be at our Reiki Retreat Tues 6th October 7.15 - 8.45pm
Meditation is so powerful and being guided with our singing bowl and your specifically chosen crystals for you on the day allows you to travel inward sometimes more deeply allowing you feel tranquil, refreshed and even release those things we were holding on to that we no longer need.
A time for you will also include a time for reflection, herbal tea and a biscuit.
Meditation completely changed my life when I needed it most these circles are very personal to me.
