About this Event

Summary:

Doors open at 17:00

Drinks and eating - not not come with a full belly

Storytelling at 19:00

Storyville is open for more connecting time and dancing after the event

If this is your first time at the Winter Solstice Soirée:

We are not evolved to toil away in the urban jungle every day!

We evolved to socialise, dance, tell stories, light a fire, talk, eat and drink together!

This party allows us to share warmth and cosiness together, in the depth of winter.

We ponder the galactic big picture - the grand season's turn, rolling time into years.

Prepare for an evening of connecting with people, revelry and forgetting about your worries for this magical, long night.

Dress code

Dress fancy! This is the party of the year. Make it sparkle!

Dancing shoes are recommended.

Eating and drinking

Do not arrive having eaten.

Feasting is the name of the game.

(we want to revisit the decadent feasting style we had in year 1 - with the decadent dessert added in year 2 - I am confident this year will see the best feasting yet!)

Welcome drink + open bar until the tab is drunk.

Invite friends and connections

The Solstice Soirée is made for connecting.

Time is precious, and time together is a treasure.

Invite and bring those you want to spend time with - catch up, use the party as your excuse.
