✨ Winter Solstice Social at the Studio ✨🕛 12pm–2pm | Free Community Event
Celebrate the festive season and the magic of the Winter Solstice with us! Join our community for a warm, welcoming social gathering filled with connection, good food, and seasonal cheer.
Before the social, we’ll host:
🧘 A gentle, all-levels yoga class
🕯️ A satsang exploring the spiritual meaning of the solstice
The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day of the year, a time honoured across traditions as the return of the light—a reminder of renewal, hope, and the light we share through friendship, community, and love.
All proceeds from the class and satsang will go to charity. Please bring cash if you'd like to take part.
Then from 12pm–2pm, we’ll gather for a potluck-style social.
🍰 Please bring a cake or something small to share!
Everyone is welcome—bring family, friends, kids, and well-behaved pets.
