We welcome you at Crescent Moon Yoga for a special Holiday stress reliever experience. Take a well needed Holiday Season break to slow down and rejuvenate with the power of sound. Let the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing instruments wash over you, melting away stress and tension and giving your nervous system a reset.

Our skilled sound healer, Rana Jayne from Seventh Wave Sound Healing LLC will guide you through a meditative sound journey, using a variety of instruments to create a harmonious atmosphere for deep relaxation.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and an open heart to fully immerse yourself in this unique sonic experience. Be sure to reserve your spot to experience this nourishing reset today!

Pro-tips:

1. An eye mask is particularly helpful to immerse yourself deeper into the experience
2. Bring at least two pillows - one for under your head and one for under your knees. This will help you sink into the space more as you are on the floor for the hour sound journey
3. A thicker yoga mat or additional blankets will also help your comfort on the floor
4. Comfy clothes to ensure you are cozy - perhaps socks as your will not have shoes on in the yoga studio space
5. Arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to help create your cocoon and get settled in. Doors close promptly at 6:30pm for the Sound Journey to begin.
