The Winter Solstice is the darkest night of the year. This point of rest in the deep restorative feminine is where we can transmute our fear into true self expression. Journey together through guided visualization and breathwork into the darkness of our subconscious, where we will meet Persephone, our guide in experiencing our deep necessity to honor the darkest place within us(in alignment to the darkest time of the year), so the light of the harvest and the sun as it emerges more and more each day is aligned with Truth. This darkness holds the fertile soil of our deepest purpose, if we are willing to alchemize our greatest fear into our greatest joy to express. This experience will culminate in freeform trance dance and vocal expression.
