As winter invites us to slow down and turn inward, this ancient relationship becomes a powerful path to restoration and deep rest.We gather to honor winter’s quiet wisdom and the solstice’s invitation to pause—just before the return of the light. Together, with horses and one another, we remember how to soften, listen, and reconnect with what matters most.
This immersive, nature-based retreat offers space to slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover yourself through meaningful time with our animal partners. You will spend time with the Horses like Sweetie, Julie the resident pig, the goat ladies. These animals are honest, sensitive, and attuned—reflect what words cannot always express. We honor these animals as sentient beings and soulful partners, engaging in mutual relationships and deep respect. From this connection, healing flows naturally.
Led by Liz and Michelle—both trained in Animal-Assisted Interventions—you’ll be gently guided to reconnect with your body, emotions, and the healing rhythm of the natural world. This is a space to be supported, seen, and safely held—in the quiet presence of animals and land that invite you to simply be.
