In this combined Reiki and Restorative Yoga practice, unwind, relax, and release what's ready. We will celebrate the winter solstice and the return of the light by making space for new manifestations and blessings to come. This practice will recalibrate and refresh during the holiday season. Reiki is a technique that originates from Japan to channel life-force energy for healing- it restores and balances the body, promotes health, and aliveness. Stephanie, Reiki Master, will offer Reiki practices while Jenn will teach a restorative yoga practice that will relax the body and mind to open to the Reiki healing.
