The longest night of the year invites us to slow down, release what’s heavy, and create space for what’s coming. Join us for a deeply nourishing 90-minute experience of grounding breathwork, gentle ear acupuncture, and intention-setting aligned with the Solstice energy.
Led by Georgia and Amelia, this intimate session is designed to reset the nervous system, move stagnant energy, and reconnect you with your inner rhythms. No experience needed—just come as you are.
